What is your return policy for dew & dove products?
Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. we accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Are there any items that are not eligible for returns?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, socks, and hair accessories.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your dew & dove account.
- Navigate to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to initiate the return or exchange process. You'll receive further instructions and a return label if applicable.
Is there a time limit for making returns or exchanges?
Yes, we kindly request that you initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of your order's delivery date. This allows us to process your request promptly and efficiently.
What is the process for receiving a refund or exchanging an item?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you. Please note that an exchanged item is final sale and can not be further returned or exchanged.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return and your location. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, website issue, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
